Monday, February 6

Route

The route will be fully marked, with SAG (Support and Gear) along the way. Pit stops stocked with energy drinks, energy snacks, ice-cold water, and plenty of Friendship Circle energy will be open every 15-miles/1.5-2 hours of riding. One of the pit stops will consist of lunch, which will remain open until all cyclists have passed.

Group C & D - 80 mile


Day 2 - Monday, Feb. 6

Group A & B - 80 mile

Group C & D - 60 mile

Support & More

Upon arrival, Bike 4 Friendship will have a check-in booth where cyclists will receive their Bike 4 Friendship jersey and will be able to check in their gear.

Bicycle mechanics will be present at the starting line to help with any last-minute details and along the route.

Police Escort

A police escort from the Florida Highway Patrol will accompany Bike Miami 4 Friendship along the route.

Meals

Bike 4 Friendship will provide top-notch catered meals throughout the 2-day experience. The food will be Glatt Kosher, Cholov Yisroel. Our cycling coaches design menus to ensure that they satisfy the nutritional requirements that Bike 4 Friendship entails. (Fully Stocked rest stops geared towards cyclists), Fuel-efficient snacks and protein bars will also be provided at pit stops throughout the route.

Travel

The majority of the traveling will be on the seats of the bicycles. The routes will be well-marked and easy to follow.

Fundraising Requirements

The minimum fundraising requirement is $2,500 for a basic one-day option or $5,400 for the primary two-day option, respectively, and covers all expenses during the trip. Cyclists are responsible for their transportation to the Miami area and shipping their bikes, if necessary.
